State Insurance Programs

Most Massachusetts residents are now required to have health insurance.  We here at the state's Health Connector can help you find the right health plan.  Enter your family size to get started.

The Commonwealth Care Health Insurance Program (Commonwealth Care) is a program run by the Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector. This program connects qualified Massachusetts residents with affordable health insurance if they do not have it. (Eligibility)

The Health Connector works with well-known insurance plans to offer and certify new health insurance options for residents, families and small employers who are not eligible for Commonwealth Care.  These plans carry our Seal of Approval.
